JHANG/ARIFWALA: A teenage girl was gang raped by five accused here in Kot Khaira on Jhang-Multan Road, some 9-km away here.
As per details, the teenage girl, resident of Kot Khaira was gang raped by five accused identified as Muhammad Nawaz, Ali Abbas, Tassawar, Ali, Habib Ahmad and Nawaz Ahmad. The Jhang Saddr Police have registered a case and conducting raids for the arrest of the accused. Meanwhile, scores of local staged a protest against the barbaric incident and demanded the police to bring the rapists to the book forthwith.
In Arifwala, a youth was molested by three accused.
As per details, 14-year-old Bilal, a resident of village 139/EB was called by Mohammad Anwar to a henna ceremony on his cellphone. When he came to the ceremony, he along with his two other accomplices served him with intoxicant-laden tea. As soon as Bilal fell unconscious, Muhammad Anwar along with his accomplices sodomised him and threw him outside his house unconscious. The Arifwala Saddr Police have registered a case and started investigation.
