FAISALABAD: A 13-year-old crippled girl was allegedly gang raped here on Monday, reported a private TV.
The accused raped the girl who belong to Jaranwala and later escaped from the scene. The report, however, did not specify how the rape took place. The girl was immediately shifted to a hospital in serious condition.
According to the police, the alleged rapists resided in the same area where the victim lives. The authorities registered a case against the suspects. Later, the police claimed that one of the accused had been arrested whereas investigation was underway to apprehend the other suspect.
